Shipping policy
Australian Shipping
Australia Post is our preferred carrier for shipping within Australia. Our shipping options include;
- FREE standard shipping - signature on delivery for orders over $400.
- $5 standard shipping - signature on delivery.
- FREE express shipping - signature on delivery for orders over $700.
- $20 express shipping - signature on delivery.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped within four full business day unless in a busy sale period.
Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your tracking number.
Delivery times
- Express Post: 2-4 business days after posting.
- Standard Post: 5-9 business days after posting.
These are guidelines - if there are delays due to the delivery service we apologise but it can be out of our control.
Lost or stolen packages
Once tracking shows your order as delivered, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for stolen or missing packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
Incorrect address
We're not responsible for items sent to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your delivery details before ordering. Items returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be reissued with a reshipment fee.
